Terms and Conditions

By sponsoring a growing tray at Vertical Harvest, you (“Sponsor”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Sponsorship Overview

• You are sponsoring the naming rights to a growing tray used in our vertical farm.

• The tray remains the property of Vertical Harvest Inc, a C-Corp based in Jackson, WY.

• Sponsorship runs now through December 2026 as content and farm systems come online

 

2. What’s Included

• You can submit a custom Tray Name, subject to review and approval by Vertical Harvest. We reserve the right to reject names that are offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

• You’ll receive regular updates on the Tray’s impact, including where the food it helped grow has been distributed (e.g., schools, grocery stores, food banks).

• The tray is part of a rotating system, so its produce may be mixed with that of other trays before distribution

 

3. Payment Terms

• The annual sponsorship fee is $250, billed at the time of checkout.

• All payments are non-refundable.

 

4. Communication

• Updates will be sent via email and/or shared through an online portal.

• Vertical Harvest is not responsible for delays or changes in food distribution due to factors beyond our control.

 

5. Legal Stuff

• Sponsorship does not grant ownership or decision-making authority over the tray.

• We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information without your consent.

• These terms represent the full agreement between you and Vertical Harvest and override any previous communications.
